If sending us a file for fine art prints, please use our drag and drop application from the Still River Editions web site. Click here.
XMacintosh version (OSX):1) Download the application. Mac version may require Stuffit Expander. We recommend saving our FTP application to your desktop, so easliy located for future uses.
2) Drag a file or folder on top of the application ,DO NOT OPEN THE APPLICATION. It will open automatically when the file or folder is "dropped" on top of it
3)IMPORTANT: If sending more then one file or folder, name each uniquely, such as Smith1, Smith2, Smith3, etc. or previous file/folder may be overwritten. A status bar will appear showing the progress of the upload.
4) After the file or folder has been uploaded you will be transferred to our on-line order form. Please fill in needed information and hit the SUBMIT button at the bottom of the form. It will e-mail us your order and also e-mail you a copy of the order. Please check the order for errors and call or e-mail us immediately if changes are needed.
